COTTAGE #1 : THE GATEHOUSE

The Gatehouse is a level-entry cottage overlooking over the yard and beautiful Hardy Bay.  It has a covered entrance and seating area with private BBQ.

The Gatehouse features:

  • 1 bedroom with a queen bed and fresh linens

  • Pullout sofa bed in the main salon for extra guests

  • Private bathroom with shower

  • Fully equipped kitchenette with mini-fridge, built-in 2 burner cooktop, and microwave

  • Private BBQ on the covered deck

  • Flat Screen TV with cable

  • WIFI service

  • Fresh linens, towels, blowdryer, and basic guest toiletries provided

  • Alarm clock (for the fishers and ferry travelers)

  • Communal firepit

THE MAIN HOUSE - Features
This executive style, open concept house is ideal for small groups and families.

  • Spacious executive style cottage

  • Two covered entrances and decks

  • Two bedrooms and king size beds

  • 1 pull-out sofa bed

  • Master suite features a soaker tub, seperate shower, linens, blow dryer and basic toiletries

  • The spacious second full bath features a combined tub and shower, linens, blow dryer,

  • The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, built-in microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher

  • There are two flat screen TV's, one in the master room and one in the great room

  • WIFI

  • Alarm clocks in each room

  • Laundry facilities, with an in-house washer and dryer

  • Propane fireplace in great room

  • Private BBQ and two outside patio areas

  • The Gatehouse and  Main House share a fire pit on seaward side of the property
